Joe was born in Denver, Moved to Limon, Colorado, where Joe graduated from high school in 1972. Brethren from the Church of Christ in Limon taught Joe the word of God and encouraged him to preach. Enrolled in the Bear Valley School of Preaching in January of 1976 and graduated two years later. Married Marietta Jo Weeden. They have three children and six grandchildren. Completed his B.A. degree in Bible from Amridge University in 1996. Joe has preached full-time for 48 years, working with various congregations.
